ISOGrid

What we commit to, in writing

A cloud is only worth what you can count on. Here is what ISOGrid promises, how it is measured and what happens when we fall short.

Best for: businesses that need their site or app to stay up, and want to know in advance what happens if it does not.

Eight commitments

Availability

An objective of 99.9% for everyone and a 99.5% SLA on the public clusters, measured every minute and published on the live status page. If a covered service misses its commitment, you get credit on that service.

Refunds

Prepaid periods last 30 days. Deleting or resizing a prepaid resource refunds the unused part to your balance, automatically.

No surprise stop

If a renewal cannot be paid, your service keeps running for 3 days. After that it is stopped, never deleted, and it restarts on its own once paid.

Your data is yours

Databases export in standard formats and storage is read with ordinary tools. There is no exit fee and nothing to request to leave.

Backups

Databases and solution files are backed up on a schedule you choose, from hourly to monthly, and can be restored from the console.

Security

HTTPS on every address, secrets kept in a vault and never shown back, roles and groups for your team, two-step verification and a log of who did what.

Support

Through the console, by email, and an urgent channel when production is affected, in French, Arabic and English. If the fault is ours, we tell you when it is fixed.

Delivery

Nothing to wait for or to ship: what you create is online within minutes, and you see its state live in the console.

Where your service runs

You choose the region when you create a resource: the general public region, the Algiers region for Kubernetes, or a private cluster on machines you choose, including machines in Algeria. The console tells you which region each resource is in.

Frequently asked questions

What is the ISOGrid SLA?

99.5% monthly availability on the public clusters, with a 99.9% objective for the whole platform. If a covered service is unavailable beyond that, you receive credit on the affected service; ask for it in a support ticket.

What is covered by the SLA?

The platform being unable to start, deploy or route to your application, a managed database being unreachable while its region is healthy, the console or API being down, and certificates failing to renew for a name that points to us. Your own code and your own domain are not covered.

Do you refund unused days?

Yes. When you delete or resize a prepaid resource, the unused part of its 30-day period goes back to your balance.

Can I get my data back if I leave?

Yes, at any time and with no fee: export your databases in standard formats and read your storage with ordinary tools. Private clusters keep running if you leave.
