How billing works
- Free sign-up and a one-month trial on an organization you create yourself, on one machine of up to 1 vCPU and 2 GB.
- Prepaid 30-day periods, not calendar months, renewed from your balance at the price shown.
- Refunds: deleting or resizing a prepaid resource gives back the unused part of its period.
- No surprise stop: if a renewal cannot be paid, the service keeps running for 3 days, then it is stopped, never deleted.
- No setup fee, no exit fee. Your data and your containers leave with you.
- Delivery is instant and online: nothing is shipped, your service is ready minutes after you create it.
- Prices exclude taxes. They are set in dinars; the console also shows them in US dollars and euros.

Is there a free plan?
Signing up is free and every organization you create yourself gets a one-month trial. After the trial, applications, databases and services are paid per 30-day period at the prices on this page.
What is the cheapest way to put a website online?
A Micro application at 1,900 DZD (about 14 USD) per 30 days, or a WordPress site at 3,900 DZD plus a shared database at 1,200 DZD. Both include the HTTPS address, backups of the database and monitoring.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for what you have not used. When you delete or resize a prepaid resource, the unused part of its 30-day period goes back to your balance automatically.
How do I pay?
You add credit to your organization through the ISOGrid team, in dinars, and can ask for an invoice from the console. There is no card payment in the console today.
What happens if my balance runs out?
You are told by email. The service keeps running for 3 days while the charge is retried every hour, then it is stopped without deleting anything, and it starts again on its own once the balance covers it.
Do the prices include taxes?
No. Every price on this page excludes taxes.
